Lemon cake

Ingrédients :

  • 180g de farine
  • 3 oeufs
  • 3 citrons
  • 180g de sucre
  • 1 sachet de levure chimique
  • 1 sachet de sucre vanillé
  • 60g de beurre
  • 10cl de crème fleurette

Préparation :

  • Dans une jatte battre les oeufs avec le sucre.
  • Faire fondre le beurre.
  • Prélever le zeste des citrons.
  • Puis ajouter la farine, la levure, le beurre fondu, la crème fraiche et le jus des citrons.
  • En dernier incorporer les zestes.
  • Verser la pâte dans un moule à cake beurré et fariné.
  • Faire cuire au four th 180 degrés environ 40 minutes (vérifier avec la pointe d’un couteau si le gâteau est bien cuit).
  • Laisser refroidir avant de démouler.
